Costa Rica

We have traveled many times to Costa Rica.  We have two basic connections to Costa Rica: Miguel Soto Cruz and the Vasquez family.  Miguel lives in Costa Rica, the Vasquez family migrated from Costa Rica and are now citizens of the US.  Through these connections we have traveled and photographed over most of Costa Rica except for the Eastern part on the Gulf of Mexico.  Our travels include once to the southern tip of Osa Peninsula, and walking up the peninsula; and once to the northern tip of Osa Peninsula; a visit to the La Paz Waterfall Gardens (Peace Falls) before the 2009 earthquake area. Our visits included siting and photographing the spectacular bird, the Quetzal.
